I went into Batteries Plus and ordered a key for my vehicle in the Idaho Falls, Idaho branch on 5-2-2019 and prepaid. The clerk told me that it would be in on 5-10-2019.

I called on the 10th and they said it was not in and that they would call us when it did come in. I called back on the 11th and they said it was not in. The attitude was rude and like I was bothering them. Again they said they would call us when it came in.

We were in town on the 13th which is about 20 miles from where we live so we went to the store and asked if the key was in. The clerk said someone had called just the other day and they informed them that they would contact us when it came in.

Again they were rude and acted like they didn't have time for us. I believe that Batteries Plus employees lack customer service politeness and need some thorough training.

Reason of review: poor customer service, problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Batteries Plus Pros: Abundance of different types of merchandise.

Batteries Plus Cons: Attitude of staff and workers.
